EI prepares Jurisdictional Determination (JD), reports, and permitting documents for federal and State wetlands and waters regulated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Section 404), California Department of Fish and Game (Section 1600), and State Regional Water Quality Control Board (Section 401). EI is prepared to work in seasonal wetlands, riparian woodlands, vernal pools, freshwater marshes, and man-made ponds.
